Kendal Schmidt serves as Americord's Finance, HR, and Operations Manager. Kendal is responsible for building strategic partnerships with leadership and identifying innovative and customer oriented solutions. She works closely with all teams and strives to foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing thought leadership and influencing change at all levels in the organization.
Kendal holds an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana with a focus in accounting. Her extensive expertise spans an array of critical domains, from benefits administration and payroll management to talent acquisition, change management, learning and development, compensation strategies, succession planning, goal setting, employee relations, and performance management.
